Meet the Management team



Managing Director

In 2002 Fred has brought a wealth of experience in the paper making industry to Woollard & Henry. Since his appointment Fred has helped to successfully establish Woollard & Henry in the energy industry, as well as making W&H the leading expert and preferred supplier in the pulp and paper industry.



Sales Director

With over 30 years of experience within W&H, Stuart has an extensive knowledge of the industry. As our Sales Director he oversees all of our existing and potential customer relationships. He is at the forefront of generating new business for W&H.


Kenny Harris

Operations Director

Kenny has been a part of W&H for over 30 years, with his wealth of experience in the industry Kenny has helped build W&H as one of the main suppliers in the paper industry. As our Operations Director, he makes sure all our products and services are designed, manufactured and delivered to the highest standard



Office Manager and Trustee

Since 2004 Fiona has been a member of the office team. As our office Manager, Fiona is in charge of the day to day running of office activities. This includes customs documentation, SIP Scheme administration, employee administration, internal audits, arranging travel requirements, payroll and overseeing accounts.



Workshop Manager

David has recently joined the company and has over 25 years experience in various roles in manufacturing from project work, through design roles and within manufacturing itself. David brings the drive and enthusiasm to continually improve on our current capabilities and to turn W&H into even more professional, fast and efficient company.



Business Development

Graham joins us from a background in Oil and Gas with over 28 years experience within the world’s largest service company in that sector. Graham has joined W&H to increase our business in the energy market. Graham will be responsible for exploring new market opportunities and developing new customer relations in these sectors.

Most recently our successful campaigning has led to the announcement from HM Treasury of £75m in tax relief to support the growth of employee owned companies”
