Welding and Fabrication
Our time-served fabricators pride themselves on customer service, quality and timely delivery. Experienced in all aspects of fabrication, they work to industry standards such as DNV 2.7-1, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas and BSEN 12079.
Our welders are all multi-coded to DNV endorsed procedures, for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals including ASME 1X, AWS D1.1, BSEN 287-1 and BSEN 12079, and in processes such as GMAW, GSFCAW, GTAW and SMAW.
CNC Machining
The machine shop is the central hub of our manufacturing capability.
The Woollard & Henry machine shop has a mix of state-of-the-art CNC machines and manually operated equipment to support all the product sizes we process.
Manufacture and Assembly
In addition to our machine shop service, Woollard and Henry can provide turnkey manufacturing services and produce your final products ready for delivery.
Our assembly facility is perfect for small to medium production runs. All assemblies are finished, tested and packaged by us to ensure they meet your standards and tolerances, each one is right first time, every time.
Prototype Service
When prototypes are needed W& are here to support you, with our long history in product development and a can-do attitude we can help you get from concept to production, with our extensive in-house capability and supplier network we can deliver.
PROTOTYPING
With the objective of meeting your needs for quality without compromise, we use the manufacturing industry’s most innovative CAD/CAM programming software and CNC milling machines to successfully produce tight tolerance components, from the small and intricate to those that require a forklift to aid loading.
Our abilities encompass components from prototypes through to batches of more complicated parts, in a variety of materials, including the more challenging variants.
Inspection
Woollard & Henry have fully qualified CSWIP inspectors as well as latest in CMM enabling us to provide CMM verification and produce drawings ready to machine from your crafted prototypes.
Jigs and Fixtures
We also offer manufacturing of jigs and fixtures for a wide range of engineering and manufacturing applications, including those for drilling, assembly, welding, calibration and many more besides.
Pipefitting
Our dedicated team of time-served pipefitters and multi-coded welders provide a high quality piping fabrication service to many of our energy and waste water customers. Our team regularly work in diameters ranging from 2” to 36” in both carbon and non-ferrous materials with standards that conform to DNV endorsed welding specifications ASME 1X/ ASME B31.3
