22 May Woollard & Henry acquire major shareholding in PAMA

Woollard & Henry Ltd. are pleased to announce the acquisition of a major shareholding in the German machine builder PAMA paper machinery GmbH. Pama is an established provider of heavy machine manufacture, paper machines, components and ancillary equipment.

Woollard & Henry, which became employee-owned in 2002, and PAMA paper machinery GmbH who underwent a management and employee buy-in in 2015, both believe that people who have a vested interest in their company are more committed and understand the importance of ensuring high quality products and service to their customers.

Together we have combined almost 300 years of experience in the global paper industry. This move provides us with increased capabilities and synergies that will enable us to grow, with an increased product portfolio and continuously improve our product innovation and exceptional customer service moving forwards.
